Quest and Metalogix have now officially joined forces! The Metalogix acquisition adds market-leading SharePoint, OneDrive for Business and Office 365 migration and security capabilities to our robust Microsoft platform management solutions that already support Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, Exchange and Office 365. That means more opportunities to help your customers solve all of their Microsoft platform challenges!

With this acquisition, our partner programs are combining and all Metalogix partners are invited to join the Quest partner program. We want to recognize your past loyalty, so your previous MLX achievements are being used to determine your new status level in the Quest program. For partners with an existing active account in both programs, we looked at the combination of both to come up with your new status level.

As part of the transition to Quest, we will no longer accept orders placed with Metalogix. This serves to notify you of our intent to terminate the Metalogix Reseller Agreement between you and Metalogix International GmbH or any other Metalogix entity you may have a reseller agreement with. Your reseller agreement shall be terminated sixty (60) days from this date. The termination of the Metalogix Reseller Agreement shall not release you from your liability to pay Metalogix any amounts owed to Metalogix under the terms of any order and any such amounts shall remain due and payable in accordance with the terms of the order and the Metalogix Reseller Agreement, and all existing orders shall continue in force unchanged and shall continue to be governed by the terms of the Metalogix Reseller Agreement. Please place all new orders with Quest. To continue selling Metalogix solutions, please activate your Quest partner account.
